March 20, 2021 Anabel “Avispa” Ortiz is taking on Seniesa “Super Bad” Estrada in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ortiz is hoping to walk away from the match with the Strawweight title, but Estrada isn’t going to make that easy for her.

Estrada is undefeated and eight of her 19 wins have been the result of KOs. While Ortiz may be older and have more experience boxing professionally, only four of her 31 wins were the result of KOs.

Estrada also holds the record for the fastest KO in women’s boxing, earned in a fight against Miranda Adkins in which Estrada knocked her opponent out in seven seconds flat!

In terms of actual fighting style, both try to keep a distant but active game, throwing fast paced punches and keeping their distance from opponents in the ring.

Having two similar fighters in the ring is sure to create a lively match, but just how will these two fare against each other?

Estrada does have the advantage of a slightly longer reach, which could prove useful in a distance game. Estrada has a 63 inch reach, whereas Ortiz has a reach of 62 and a half inches. A half inch might not seem like much, but any advantage between two well-matched opponents could mean all the difference.

There is a possibility that the fight could be so evenly matched that it ends in a draw. If that were the case, it would be a first “draw” for both fighters. Although an unlikely occurrence, it wouldn’t be surprising for them to call for a rematch in the event of that occurring. With two talented fights and a title on the line, tensions will be high.

Could this be the second fight that Ortiz is on the receiving end of a KO, or will “Super Bad” Estrada have her first loss?
