Amazing show, all of the main card fights ended in the first round except the main event.
Women’s Bantamweight Jessica Eye def. Leslie Smith TKO (doctor stoppage) 2 1:30
Eye opened a cut on Smith in the first round and kept attacking it before the late stoppage was called.
One of the most gruesome stoppages Smith’s ear was almost halfway coming off her head.
Eye said she’s the most dangerous than she’s ever been and she gets her first UFC win in the bantamweight division.
Eye is looking to climb up the rankings, love to see her mix it up with Julianna Pena or Holly Holm.
Welterweight Héctor Urbina def. Edgar García Submission (guillotine choke) 1 3:38
Urbina made it look easy the TUF 19 vet came early on with the takedown and kept working the top game submissions.
Although he took some punches early on Urbina stuck to his wrestling and got the win in his home country of Mexico.
Welterweight Augusto Montaño def. Chris Heatherly TKO (knees) 1 4:50 Welterweight
Montano is now on a five fight win streak with this debut victory in his homeland.
Heatherly receives his second loss in a row.
Featherweight Ricardo Lamas def. Dennis Bermudez Submission (guillotine choke) 1 3:18
Lamas ended the streak of 7 victories in a row of Bermudez
Lamas showed experience and killer instinct over the younger Bermudez win, caught him with a jab right down the pipe and followed up with a deadly submission.
Lamas looks to possibly take on Connor McGregor after his fight with Siver in January if victorious in a title eliminator.
Welterweight Kelvin Gastelum def. Jake Ellenberger Submission (rear-naked choke) 1 4:46
Gastelum is now 10-0 and looking to climb the welterweight division fast.
Ellenberger suffers his third loss in a row and second by finish, his job may be in jeopardy but his losses to top contenders McDonald and Lawler can be taken under consideration.
Gastelum the TUF winner is looking to take on a top 5 Welterweight soon maybe Tyron Woodley would be just the candidate.
Heavyweight Interim Heavyweight Title Fabricio Werdum def. Mark Hunt TKO (flying knee and punches) 2 2:27
Early on Hunt was connecting with punches and even knocked down Werdum early.
The gas tank of Hunt was his downfall as he ducked right into a flying knee by Werdum, he suffers his first loss since May 13 when he got KO by Dos Santos.
Werdum who has been perfect since his UFC return gets his fifth win in a row, and his second TKO in the UFC. Next up is Cain Velasquez for Werdum the Interim Champion.
